General Duties

 

All chapter officers must be under 21 years of age during their entire term of office. This information should be verified before their names are placed on the ballot. These Arrowmen should be elected or appointed on the basis of being the most capable.

Duties & Responsibilities of all Officers

  • Attends all Chapter Board Meetings and presents a report of the current activities associated with your job position. (Note: In the event you cannot attend the Chapter Board Meeting, get a replacement to present your report)
  • Attends monthly Chapter Meetings
  • Handles any tasks assigned by the Chapter Chief
  • Attends the annual Lodge Officer Training Day (LOTD) – usually the 2nd Saturday of each December
  • As a Chapter Officer be active in the activities of the Chapter.
  • Provide at least 2 articles to the newsletter editor
  • Helps the Chapter earn the most Points for the CAP Report especially where they pertain to their area of responsibility items
  • Work with your adviser
